摘要
目前,国家电网使用的智能电能表虽然有具有掉电事件上报功能,但电能表在掉电时只记录掉电时间,无法将掉电状态上报主站,只有上电后才能够上报掉电事件,所以主站无法及时对掉电中的电能表进行维护。文中对现有智能电能表的掉电事件做出综合分析,并结合现有智能电能表的实际使用环境,描述了一种基于ML610Q496掉电事件采集器的设计方案,能够在掉电后将已经掉电的电能表信息上报到主站。
The smart meter used for the state grid with a function of ALOHA, but the meter only report the power down event after the power on. The station cannot handle the abnormity in time. There is a delay between the meter power down and the master station receives the event. By Analyzing the principle of power down event of the smart meter, and combining with practical cases, this paper introduce a collector based on ML610Q496, that could report the power down event to the master station as soon as the meter power down.
