摘要
国家电网公司于2009年底开始推行使用智能电能表,其中单相智能表具有火线、零线电流实时测量功能,在现场使用时火线、零线电流值理论上应基本一致,但由于现场用户的负载存在跳变及火线、零线电流数据采集不同步等问题,目前通过用电信息采集系统采集到的单相智能表火线、零线电流数据相差较大,不能真实反映现场运行工况,导致采集到的电流数据不能更好的用于计量故障、电流旁路等非正常用电信息的分析判断。本文设计了一种优化的1分钟平均电流测量、数据采集方法,可通过用电信息采集系统更准确地采集到火线、零线电流数据,真实地反映现场运行工况,为判断计量故障、电流旁路等非正常用电现象提供了可靠的数据分析信息。
Since the end of year 2009, State Grid Corporation launched the project of using smart energy meter, whereas the single-phase smart energy meter has the functionality of real-time current measurement on Phase & Neutral cable;The theoretical value of current on Phase & Neutral cable should be basically equal, however due to the changing load from end users, and Phase & Neutral current data acquisition are not well synchronized, for the moment the current data on Phase & Neutral cable collected by Metering Data Acquisition system has great difference, which is incapable of reflecting the onsite operating conditions, and also not good enough for analysis of metering issues, such as measurement error, current bypass, etc., This essay presents an optimized 1- Minute average current measurement & data collection method, which ensures more accurate current data on Phase & Neutral cable to be collected by Metering Data Acquisition, true reflection of field operating conditions, and provide reliable data and information for analysis of metering issues such as measurement error, current bypass, etc.
