摘要
设计一个印刷电路板(PCB),使其可以将输入的卫星电视信号放大并显示在标准示波器的屏幕上。输入的电视信号幅值为正负1 V,输出图像信号幅值为正负10 V。完整的电路板设计包括五个部分:视频放大器,同步分离器,逆变器,线性斜坡发生器和场性斜坡发生器。分别介绍每一部分的功能,测试过程,可能产生的故障及解决方法。调整各部分不同的元器件可以达到最佳显示效果。通过调整该电路板上电阻和电容可以调整图像放大倍数和图像质量。
The Printed Circuit Board(PCB) is to synthesize the electronics to display a television signal on a standard oscilloscope when given a standard 1 volt peak-to-peak video signal. The output signal will be 10 volt peak-to-peak. The whole PCB circuit connects five parts: video amplifier, synchronize separator, inverter, line ramp generator and field ramp generator. Each part of PCB would be introduced including function, testing process, failures and solving methods.Adjust different components of each part to achieve the best effect of display. The image quality could be adjusted by changing the resistors or capacitors' values.
