摘要
为进一步完善和改进配电网滚动规划后评价模型及方法,文中提出利用模糊层次分析,通过相互重要性比较,进而确定该模型中各层次指标权重。贵州3个地区配电网"十二五"期4次滚动规划后评价的案例分析表明了该权重设置方法的有效性,同时通过一级指标的权重灵敏度分析,获得了导致排序结果变化的灵敏度临界值,对配电网规划后评价理论研究与工程实践有积极意义和参考价值。
In order to consummate and improve the model and method of post-evaluation for distribution network rolling planning,this paper proposes to adopt fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to determine the indicator weights at the different levels by comparing the importance of each index. A case study of the 4 distribution network rolling planning for 3 regions in Guizhou province during 'the 12th five-year plan'shows the method of weight setting is valid. Meanwhile,this paper analyzes the weight sensitivity of primary indicator,and obtains the sensitivity thresholds which may cause the change of the ranking. It has positive significance and valuable reference for the theoretical research and engineering practice of the post-evaluation for distribution network planning.
