基于同步数据的电力系统不同保护方式下故障在线定位 被引量:9

摘要 电力系统保护机制出现故障可导致保护装置拒动或者误动,影响系统的安全稳定运行。大数据处理技术在电力系统中逐渐应用使得电力系统保护可以实时在线分析,因此可在一定程度上避免级联事故。文中提出了一种基于大数据同步信息的保护在线分析机制。首先选取大数据量测节点,并对电压和电流量测数据进行处理。为了分析保护装置的动作情况,依据网络拓扑结构得到所选节点的同步数据。然后利用同步数据计算得到距离保护、方向保护和过电流保护下的指标,并构建了以该指标为变量的继电保护装置故障识别函数,经过计算故障下的函数值,以确定继电保护动作矫正方案。最后在IEEE39节点系统中进行了仿真分析。 The failure of the power system protection mechanism may cause the protection device to refuse or malfunction,affecting the safe and stable operation of the system. The gradual application of big data processing technology in the power system enables the power system protection to be analyzed online in real time,so cascading accidents can be avoided to some extent. This paper proposes a protection online analysis mechanism based on big data synchronization information.Firstly,the big data measurement node is selected to process the voltage and current measurement data. In order to analyze the action of the protection device,the synchronization data of the selected node is obtained according to the network topology. Then,the index of distance protection,direction protection and over-current protection calculated by the synchronous data is obtained through the calculation of synchronized data,and the fault identification function of the relay protection device with the index as the variable is constructed. The function value under the fault is calculated to determine the motion correction scheme of relay protection. Finally,the simulation analysis was carried out in the IEEE39 power saving system.
