摘要
介绍了新研制的DGSC - 2 0 3石油钻井液动射流冲击器的性能参数及结构设计上的创新点 ,测试所获得的排量与压降之间的关系曲线可指导冲击器的使用。生产性试验证明该冲击器工作稳定 ,可大幅度提高硬地层钻井效率 ,克服钻柱振动 ,延长钻柱的使用寿命 ,具有良好应用前景。
This paper introduces the specifications and structure innovations of the DGSC―203 type hydro-efflux hammer which is designed recently. According to the testing data, the relation between the discharge and the pump pressure is stand up, and it can direct to the operation .The productive experiment proved that this type of hammer have a good stability when it is used in hard formations, the drilling efficiency can be highly improved and the drill stem's vibration can be avoided, the lifetime of drill stem can be extended. This type of hammer have good applying prospect.
