WTO规则和人权两公约在中国的实施（或将要实施）,必将对中国包括立法、执法、司法和法律服务等在内的整个法治领域发生深刻影响,全国人民只要在邓小平理论指引下,在改革过程中充分发扬社会主义民主,并以完善和贯彻法律为切入点,在实施WTO规则和人权两公约过程中,一定能推进依法治国,把自己的国家建设成社会主义法治国家。
