Social Mobility and Sustainable Socialism

我国现在正处于社会主义初级阶段,必须有一个好的社会流动机制,以促进整个社会形成一个庞大的中间层,从而形成两头小、中间大的富有弹性结构的橄揽型社会阶层结构,有利于社会的稳定和经济的发展。

Structural reform of economy is actually a process of changing, readjusting and re-arranging the interests of all social strata. The results of the social options can be mutually complementry to, and help coordinated growth for the change of social strata and transform and progress of social functions. At the same time, it may also lead to conflicts. As China is,at present,experiencing just the primary stage of socialism,there must be a good,mobile social mechanism which will accelerate the emergence of a tremendous middle stratum in the society, so that development of socialism is sustainable and communism will finally be realized. An oval shaped structure of social strata will be conducive to social stability and economic deveopment.
