Characteristics and Maintenance of New Type Flat Clothing

探讨新型盖板针布参数、速度等对成纱质量影响及盖板针布的使用维护问题。分析新型盖板针布参数对梳理效能的影响,探讨其在梳理过程中提高梳理作用的机理,并对如何正确使用及维护盖板针布进行讨论。通过相关试验比较了不同类型盖板针布对成纱质量的影响,结果表明大白鲨TNT-50型盖板针布更有利于成纱质量的改善。盖板速度以238 mm/min有利于成纱质量的改善。

The effect of the parameters of flat clothing and flat speedon yarn quality,as well as the maintenance of flat clothing,was studied. Related experiments to test the effect of different flat clothing on yarn quality were conducted. It was found that the white shark TNT- 50 flat clothing did the best. A 238 mm / min flat speed was most favorable.
