Nursing Care and Protection of a Case with HIV Infection and Vocal Cord Neoplasm in Perioperative Period

丹东市第一医院为1例HIV感染并发声带息肉患者手术采取的主要措施包括:充分的术前准备、术中严格执行隔离消毒的防护措施以及术后彻底的消毒处理。整个围手术期的护理配合顺利,防护措施得当,未造成任何医护人员的职业暴露。因此,HIV感染不是手术的禁忌症,通过充分的术前准备和术中、术后严格的防护措施可以有效避免医务人员感染。

Sufficient preoperative preparation,strict intraoperative isolation and disinfection,and thorough disinfection treatment after surgery were adopted when a case of HIV infection was undergoing vocal cord polyp resection in the First Hospital of Dandong. The operation and protection process were smoothly and correctly,which did not cause any medical occupational exposure. Therefore,HIV infection is not the operation contraindication because the strict intraoperative and postoperative protection can effectively avoid the infection of medical staff.
