摘要
1997年香港回归以来,楼价不断上涨,房屋问题成为影响香港贫富差距的重要因素。如果香港政府在房地产市场中再不摆正方向和制定正确的房地产发展策略,那么社会贫富差距将会越来越大,社会分化将更加严重,有物业的家庭不断向社会上层流动发展,而无物业家庭不断流向社会下层,逐渐被社会边缘化。
Since the reunification of Hong Kong in 1997,housing problems have become an important factor in expanding the gap between the rich and the poor in Hong Kong.If the Hong Kong government does not correct the direction and formulate the correct real estate development strategy in the real estate market,then the gap between the rich and the poor will become larger and larger,and the social division will become more serious.The families with property will continue to move to the upper echelons of society,without Property families continue to flow to the lower levels of society and are gradually marginalized by society.
