摘要
采用Creo/Simulate软件对工具梯装配体3D模型进行简化,以实现在Simulate中完成有限元模拟分析,得出应力、位移及变形等多数据计算结果,验证是否符合设计要求。在此基础上进行优化设计,以此说明在相对复杂的组件结构中,采用该软件可行且有效。
The 3 D model of tool ladder assembly is simplified by Creo/Simulate software in order to achieve finite element simulation analysis in Simulate,while the calculation results including stress,displacement,and deformation are obtained to verify whether meeting the design requirements.The optimization design is carried out on this basis,which illustrates that the software is feasible and effective in the relatively complex component structure.
