摘要
分别采用直流(DC)和方波脉冲电流(PC),在Cr12MoV模具钢基体上电沉积制备了Ni-Co合金镀层。分别采用X射线能谱仪、X射线衍射仪、便携式粗糙度仪和显微硬度计对两种镀层的成分、晶体结构、表面粗糙度和显微硬度进行了表征。结果表明:与DC镀层相比,PC镀层中Co元素的质量分数较高,表面粗糙度较小,并且显微硬度较高。DC镀层和PC镀层都是面心立方结构,DC镀层呈现(200)晶面择优取向,而PC镀层则呈现(111)晶面择优取向。DC镀层和PC镀层中晶粒的晶格常数存在一定的差异。PC使镀层的晶格发生一定的畸变,从而对镀层的性能造成影响。
Ni-Co alloy coating was electrodeposited on Cr12MoV mould steel substrate by direct current(DC)and square-wave pulse current(PC),respectively.The composition,crystal structure,surface roughness and microhardness of two coatings were characterized by X-ray energy dispersive spectrometer,X-ray diffraction,portable surface roughness tester and microhardness tester,respectively.The results showed that compared with DC coating,the mass fraction of Co element in PC coating was higher,the surface roughness of PC coating was lower and the microhardness was higher.DC coating and PC coating were face-centred cubic structure,PC coating exhibits a preferred(200)crystallographic orientation,while DC coating exhibits a preferred(111)crystallographic orientation.There was a definite difference in the crystal lattice constant between DC coating and PC coating.Square-wave pulse current(PC)leads to lattice distortion,thus affect the properties of the coating.
