摘要
为了实现电镀件质量的可追溯性,结合电镀行业和电镀生产工艺的特点,提出了基于无线射频识别(RFID)技术的电镀件质量追溯系统设计思路。阐述了RFID技术的原理及优势,在此基础上,给出了电镀件质量追溯系统的总体框架,并对系统软件结构及主要功能模块进行了详细说明。该系统采用MySQL质量信息数据库,能够将电镀件与其相关的工艺信息和批次信息进行绑定。通过质量追溯服务模块,可以对电镀件质量信息进行追溯。
In order to achieve the traceability of quality of electroplated parts,based on the characteristics of electroplating industry and electroplating production process,the design thought of electroplated parts quality traceability system based on radio frequency identification(RFID)technology was proposed.The principle and advantages of RFID technology was briely described,and on this basis,the general framework of electroplated parts quality traceability system was presented.Moreover,the system software architecture and main functional modules were illustrated detailedly.In this system,MySQL was used as quality information database,and the binding of electroplated parts and its associated process information and batch information was realized.Through quality traceability service module,the quality information of electroplated parts can be traced.
