70 Years of Economic Development in New China Is an Integrated Whole Continuously Moving towards Prosperity and Strength

新中国70年经济建设是一个辉煌整体,是“持续走向繁荣富强的”。具体分为改革开放前、改革开放后、党的十八大后新时代三大阶段,先后形成初等富强、次中等富强和世界经济体系“准中心”的中等富强。新中国与旧中国纵向比较和国际横向比较的实证数据,均证明新中国前30年也取得了辉煌绩效,并为改革开放积累下雄厚的基础,如人口、公地、国资、科教、产业、保障制度和国际环境等。需对期间的失误作实事求是的科学分析,而不能把改革开放前后的经济建设绩效对立起来,有意贬低前30年的成就来论证改革开放的必要性和成就。改革开放前后的经济建设是继承和发展的关系,都是在探索社会主义这一主题,在社会主义政治制度核心框架下展开的,在坚持社会主义四项基本原则的基础上进行的。

70 years of economic development in new China is a brilliant whole continuously moving towards prosperity and strength.It is divided into three major stages,including the period before the reform and opening up,the period after the reform and opening up,and the new era after the loth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,which have successively realized the primary prosperity,sub—medium prosperity and medium prosperity as the“quasi—center”of the world’s economic system.As shown by the empirical data comparing new China and old China in the vertical and internationally horizontal manners,new China has achieved brilliant perfonnance in the first 30 years,accumulating strong development dividends such as population,public land,state—owned assets,science and education,industries,security system and international environment for the reform and opening up.We should make a scientific analysis of the mistakes during the period in a matter—of—fact way,rather than oppose the economic development performance obtained in the period after the reform and opening up against that of the period before to intentionally belittle the achievements made in the first 30 years to demonstrate the necessity and achievements of the reform and opening up.The economic developments before and after the reform and opening up are in a relationship of inheritance and development,and are both exploring the theme of socialism,carried out under the core framework of the socialist political system and on the basis of adhering to the four basic principles of socialism.
