摘要 印度某660MW电厂2~#发电机汇流管采用绝缘结构,在做直流耐压前,检查汇流管对地绝缘,发现汽端汇流管接地。本文对此问题进行了原因分析、故障检查及缺陷处理,最终接地问题得到解决,绝缘电阻合格。此机组已经顺利投入商业运行。 The manifold for a project with 2×660 MW units in India is of an insulation structure. Before carrying out the DC withstand voltage test, insulation against ground of the manifold is checked with finding that the value of manifold(T, E) insulation against ground is 0. This paper introduces the cause analyses, fault checking and defect treatment of this problem that was solved so that the insulation resistance meets the standard at last and the unit is successfully put into commercial operation.
