An Investigation Report on Fengdong New Town “Scholarly Campus” Project in Xixian New Area of Shaanxi Province

文章以《沣东新城教育系统"书香校园"工程实施方案》实施成果的验收评审工作为契机,以沣东新城22所学校图书馆(室)为调研对象,从评估细则入手,揭示了实施《关于加快中西部教育发展的实施意见》以来陕西省西咸新区中小学图书馆的发展实况,并以本次评估验收标准为依据,对沣东新城22所学校图书馆(室)在管理和业务工作方面可借鉴的亮点以及存在的不足进行了全方位剖析。

Taking the opportunity of the implementing effect assessment of 'Fengdong New Town Education System Implementation plan of Scholarly Campus Project', the article takes 22 school libraries(reading rooms) as research objects, reveals the development situation of primary and secondary school libraries in Xixian New Area of Shaanxi province in terms of the evaluation regulation since implementing 'Opinions on Accelerating the Development of Education in the Midwest'. Based on the acceptance standard, the article also gives an overall analysis about the benefits and deficiencies that generally exists in 22 school libraries of Fengdong New Town.
