宁都三黄鸡性腺发育与脑发育的相关性

摘要 为了解宁都三黄鸡性腺发育与脑发育之间有无相关性,本试验对152只宁都黄鸡性腺重各指数及脑重各指数进行了测定。实验采用了方差分析法中的最小显著差数法(LSD法)进行统计分析。结果表明:早熟公鸡的性腺重各指数差异极显著高于晚熟公鸡的性腺指数。早熟公鸡的脑重各指数差异显著高于晚熟公鸡的脑重指数(见表1)。早熟母鸡的性腺重各指数差异显著高于晚熟母鸡的性腺指数。早熟母鸡的脑重各指数差异显著高于晚熟母鸡的脑重指数(见表2)。说明了宁都黄鸡性腺的发育与鸡性成熟的早晚有着密切联系。公鸡的睾丸重指数与脑重各指数存在显著相关性(0.01<p<0.05),为正相关。输精管重指数与脑重各指数存在显著关联性,为负相关(见表3)。通过对表4的数据分析,可知母鸡性腺的发育跟脑也有着直接的相关性。通过本实验可知宁都黄鸡性腺的发育与脑发育存在相关性。
