摘要
笔者从猪肉产业链角度,按照"从源头到餐桌"的主线对影响猪肉食品安全的饲料、养殖、屠宰加工、产品配送、贮藏销售等环节进行分析与研究,从而建立猪肉食物链安全体系,确保猪肉生产的全程安全。
This article study and analysis the links of feed,breeding, slaughter and processing, distribution and sales,which impact of pork consumption safety, from the perspective of the pork industry chain according to the main line that is from source to the table, so as to establish the pork food chain safety system and ensure the safety of pork production.
