摘要
为了测试四川黄牛改良牛(夏洛莱牛×西门塔尔牛×本地黄牛,夏西本三元杂交牛)第五世代的体尺性状和产肉性能,笔者选择了30头18月龄的第五代夏西本三元杂交公牛进行体尺测量和屠宰性能测定试验。测定的项目有体尺性状,屠宰性状,肉质性状以及头、尾、蹄和内脏重量4个部分。结果表明,18月龄第五代夏西本三元杂交公牛具有良好的生长发育和屠宰性能,且具有较好的肉品质。本试验展现了四川本地黄牛改良牛(夏西本三元杂交牛)第五世代的生长和屠宰性能,为夏西本牛在四川的推广提供了数据支撑。
In order to investigate the body size and meat performance of improved Sichuan cattle(Charolay×Simmental×local,CSL),30 CSL oxen in fifth-generation aged at 18 months were selected for measurement of body size and slaughter performance.The items measured contain 4 categories,including body size traits,slaughter traits,meat quality traits,as well as head,tail,hoof,skin,and internal organs.The results showed that the CSL oxen in the fifth generation aged at 18 months were in well growth and slaughter performance,and meat quality.This test reflects the well beef performance of CSL cattle in Sichuan,which provides scientific data for spreading CSL cattle in Sichuan province.
