不同培养条件对猪源链球菌生长状况的影响

Effects of Different Culture Conditions on the Growth Status of Streptococcus suis

为探究不同培养条件对猪链球菌2型生长状况的影响,笔者用紫外线分光光度计测定不同培养时间(2 h、4 h、8 h、10 h、12 h、14 h、16 h、18 h、24 h和36 h)、温度(4℃、30℃、37℃、40℃和45℃)、pH值(5、6、7、8和9)、Na Cl浓度(1%、2%、3%、4%和5%)条件处理下,THB液体培养基中菌液OD600值。结果显示,该菌生长前12 h为延迟期,12 h^18 h为对数期,18 h后为衰退期。该菌在温度为37℃、pH值为7、Na Cl浓度为2%时生长状况最好。本试验结果为工业化生产猪链球菌灭活疫苗及防控猪链球菌病提供了基础资料。

In order to investigate the effects of different culture conditions on the growth of Streptococcus suis type 2,this experiment used ultraviolet spectrophotometer to determine different culture time(2 h,4 h,8 h,10 h,12 h,14 h,16 v,18 h,24 h,36 h),temperature(4℃,30℃,37℃,40℃,45℃),pH(5,6,7,8,9),NaCl concentration(1%,2%,3%,4%,5%)Under the conditional treatment,the OD600 value of the bacterial liquid in the THB liquid medium showed that the 12 h was delayed before the growth,the logarithmic phase was 12 h-18 h,and the decay period was 18 h after the temperature was 37℃.When the pH is 7 and the concentration of NaCl is 2%,the growth condition is the best.The results of this test provide basic information for the industrial production of inactivated vaccine and Streptococcus suis disease prevention and control.
