动物腹泻模型建立的研究进展

Advances in the Establishment of Animal Diarrhea Model

建立动物腹泻模型是研究腹泻发生机制及研发抗腹泻药物的重要方法,不同类型的腹泻需要建立相应的腹泻模型。本文对药物性、细菌性、病毒性、寄生虫性、药物与细菌联合型及其他腹泻模型,从致泻机理和造模方法两方面进行了较为系统地阐述,最后进行了展望。

The establishment of animal diarrhea model is an important method to study the mechanism of diarrhea and develop anti-diarrhea drugs.Different types of diarrhea need to found corresponding diarrhea models.In this paper,the drug-induced,bacterial,viral,parasitic,drug-bacterial combination and other diarrhea models are systematically expounded from the aspects of diarrhea mechanism and modeling method.Finally,prospects are also forecasted.
