摘要 在中国经济社会不断向前发展的时代背景下,高等教育更是以前所未有的速度向前发展。中国的高等教育发展局面日新月异,令人惊叹。应该将高等教育的大力推广与普及为经济社会各个层面的发展注入生机和活力,同时也为人的自身教育开辟更加广阔的领地。但是,在承认高等教育历经多年发展所取得的成绩同时,也必须看到其中存在的一些不足。现行的高等教育模式依然还是以教师的教为主,以管理本身为目标,人本主义精神体现不足,人文关怀未能得到有效尊重。文章对人文关怀的内涵进行了解析,对当代高等学校在教育工作中渗透人文精神的价值进行了剖析,在此基础上对当前中国高校教育管理渗透人文关系的基本路径进行了研究。 Under the background of the continuous development of China’s economy and society,higher education is developing at an unprecedented speed. The development of higher education in China is changing rapidly. It is amazing. It should be said that the promotion and popularization of higher education have injected vitality into the development of all aspects of the economy and society,and also opened up a wider territory for people’s own education. However,while acknowledging the achievements made by higher education after many years of development,we must also see some shortcomings in it. The current model of higher education still focuses on the teaching of teachers,with the goal of management itself,the inadequacy of humanistic spirit and the failure of humane care to be effectively respected. The article analyzes the connotation of humanistic care,and the value of the permeation of humanistic spirit in the education work of contemporary colleges and universities. O n the basis of this,the basic path of the infiltration of human relations in the current Chinese university education management is studied.
