In the primary stage,physical education is at the core position and plays a key role in enhancing pupils’ physique and cultivating comprehensive quality. In the perspective of core competencies,primary school teachers should consider the individualized development of students,optimize the teaching methods of physical education,pay attention to the flexible use of sports games,enrich the content of sports teaching,and improve the effectiveness of physical education.
