摘要
在当前素质教育的开展下,各个学科的教学地位逐渐持平,音乐在高职院校中也得到了更多的关注。但是,在传统教学方式下,高职院校音乐教学无法对学生的创新能力加以培养,从而使得其长期发展受限。此文介绍了创新能力的基本要素与内涵,并阐述当前高职院校音乐教学创新能力培养的限制因素,提出针对性的培养策略。
Under the current development of quality education,the teaching status of various disciplines has been gradually balanced,and music has received more attention in vocational colleges. However,under the traditional teaching mode,music teaching in vocational colleges can not cultivate students’ innovative ability,so that their long-term development is limited. This article introduces the basic elements and connotation of innovation ability,and makes the restrictive factors for the cultivation of music teaching innovation ability clear in vocational colleges,and puts forward the strategy of training.
