Construction Strategy of Employment Guidance System in Higher Vocational Colleges under the New Situation

受到国际经济下行压力逐步加大的影响,高职院校大学生就业形势日益严峻。高职院校就业指导体系的构建是时代发展的必然选择,要依托互联网技术,面向大学生提供全程化、全员化、专业化就业指导服务。文章通过分析新形势下高职院校就业指导体系构建的必要性,在此基础上提出科学、可行的构建策略。

Under the influence of international economic downturn pressure,the employment situation of higher vocational college students is increasingly stringent. The construction of employment guidance system in higher vocational colleges is an inevitable choice for the development of the times. It needs to provide college students with full and specialized employment guidance services based on Internet. This paper analyzes the necessity of construction of employment guidance system in higher vocational colleges under the new situation and puts forward a scientific and feasible construction strategies.
