应用文写作是职业素质中的重要组成部分,其写作水平是衡量个人综合素质的重要标志,应用文写作与职业素质相辅相成,共同促进。在落实教学改革的过程中,我国许多学校开始站在宏观发展的角度,结合职业素质培养的相关需求了解职业素质的实质内涵,积极地革新传统的教学手段和教学理念,真正能为学生职业素养的培养提供更多的机会。文章结合职业素质培养的实际情况,积极分析应用文写作教学改革的相关要求和具体现状,以期为推动国家教育水平的提升提供一定的借鉴。

The application of writing plays an important part in the professional quality,and the writing level is an important symbol to measure the comprehensive quality of the individual. The application of writing and professional quality complement one another and promote together. In the process of implementing the teaching reform,many schools in China begin to understand the essential connotation of professional quality,actively innovate the traditional teaching means and teaching ideas and provide more opportunities for the cultivation of students’ professionalism from the perspective of macro development. Combined with the actual situation of professional quality training,the article actively analyzes the relevant requirements and specific status of the teaching reform of the applied writing,in order to provide some references for promoting the national education level.
