新课标指出:"语言是最重要的交际工具"。小学生应当具有日常口语交际的基本能力,在各种交际活动中,学会倾听、表达与交流,初步学会文明地进行人际沟通和社会交往,发展合作精神。教师应在教学中加强教学实践研究,重视口语交际训练策略,切实提高学生的口语表达能力。

The new curriculum standard points out that language is the most important communication tool in all kinds of communication activities. Primary school students should have the basic ability of daily oral communicative competence,learn to listen,express and communicate. They should learn interpersonal and social communication in a civilized way and develop the spirit of cooperation. Teachers should strengthen teaching practice research,attach importance to oral communication training strategies,and effectively improve students’ oral expression ability.
