Research on the Cultivation of Teachers' Information-based Instructional Design Ability

教师的信息化教学设计能力是促进教师创新教育教学模式,使信息化教学成为教学活动常态化的关键能力。本文通过对信息化教学设计、教学设计的环节和教学设计能力等相关理论的梳理,提出信息化教学设计能力的构架内容,进一步探索对教师进行信息化教学设计能力培养的模式方法。

Teachers’ information-based instructional design ability is the key ability to promote teachers’ to innovate education model and make information-based teaching become the normalization of teaching activities. By sorting out the related theories of information instructional design,instructional design links and instructional design ability,this paper puts forward the framework content of informationized instructional design ability,and further explores the mode and method of teachers’ training on informationized instructional design ability.
