摘要
健美操可分为健身性健美操和竞技性健美操两大类。其中竞技健美操是以取得竞赛优胜为目的的竞赛项目。如何在疲劳后快速恢复体质就成为能否取得优异成绩的关键所在。本文结合竞技健美操运动强度的特点,在借鉴其他项目成功经验的基础上,对竞技健美操运动员肌肉放松提出技术性的训练方法。
Aerobics can be divided into two categories: fitness aerobics and competitive aerobics. Between them,competitive aerobics is a competition project aiming at winning the competition. How to restore physical fitness after fatigue is the key to achieving excellent results. Based on the characteristics of the intensity of competitive aerobics and the successful experience of other sports,this paper puts forward a technical training method for the muscle relaxation of competitive aerobics athletes.
