Management Analysis of Higher Vocational Education Based on People-oriented Concept

以人为本理念对于我国教育事业向前发展、新的教学模式建立等方面起到了积极的促进作用。本文主要围绕着以人为本以及以人为本管理理念的基本内涵、以人文本理念下改革高职院校教育管理模式途径、现阶段我国高职院校教育管理中存在的现实问题、以人为本理念下提升高职院校教育管理的有效措施四个方面展开了论述与分析。

The people-oriented concept has played an active role in promoting the development of education and the establishment of new teaching models in China. This article mainly discusses four aspects: the basic connotation of people-oriented and people-oriented management concept;the ways to reform the educational management mode of higher vocational colleges under the concept of people-oriented;the realistic problems existing in the educational management of higher vocational colleges in our country at the present stage;and the effective measures to promote the educational management of higher vocational colleges under the concept of people-oriented.
