我国高职教育朝着职业化的方向发展,对于酒店管理专业而言,是为社会输送高素质的酒店管理人才,为了更好地提高酒店管理教学质量,角色扮演法逐渐被引入到课堂教学之中,其以全真模拟教学、互动与创新教学为特点,使教学过程更加真实,并注重对学生能力的培养,以更好地提高酒店管理教学质量。

Higher vocational education in China is developing towards professionalism. Hotel management provides high-quality hotel management personnel for the society. In order to better improve the quality of hotel management teaching,role-playing method is gradually introduced into classroom teaching,which is characterized by simulation,interactive and innovative teaching. It makes the teaching process more real and pays attention to the cultivation of students’ ability in order to better improve the quality of hotel management teaching.
