教学精细化管理是指在教学过程中对学习形式、作业量以及考试等进行量化管理模式。中学生责任担当核心素养居中学生核心素养的首位,是中学生核心素养的重中之重。将教学精细化管理与中学生责任担当核心素养的养成和提升有机结合,有助于中学生树立责任担当意识,增强责任担当能力,形成责任担当情怀,使自己在责任担当中真正成长。

Fine management of teaching refers to the quantitative management mode of learning form,homework and examination in the teaching process. The responsibility of middle school students to take on the core quality of students in the core quality of the first,is the most important core quality of middle school students. Combining the fine management of teaching with the cultivation and promotion of students’ core competence of taking responsibility will help middle school students establish the sense of taking responsibility,enhance their ability of taking responsibility,form the feeling of taking responsibility,and make themselves grow up in the course of taking responsibility.
