摘要
"教"和"研"是教师发展的基本途径。小学教师每天在教学第一线接触的都是最实际的课例,因此,课例研究既是解决教学问题的有效途径,也是教师专业发展的阶梯。在教学实践中,可以通过"自我研摩—年段教研—学区研讨—对外交流"的校本教研模式对课例进行研究,使课例研究在教学实践中真正促进教师专业发展,提高课堂教学质量。
'Teaching'and 'research'are the basic ways for teachers to develop. Primary school teachers in the teaching front line every day are the most practical lessons,so case study is not only an effective way to solve teaching problems,but also a ladder for teachers’ professional development. In teaching practice,case study can be carried out through the school-based teaching and research mode of 'self-study,year teaching and research,school district discussion and external exchange',so that case study can really promote the professional development of teachers and improve the quality of classroom teaching in teaching practice.
