摘要 以课题研究为载体,以跨校的教师研修共同体为主要形式,以教师的共同发展为目标,通过开展实践性的教育教学研究活动,为教师实现专业引领、同伴互助和自我反思搭建一个共同成长的平台。同时也为教师提供更为广阔的研修、交流、探讨之平台,提升了教师的专业水平,促进学生更好的发展,从而促进学校的持续发展。 With topic research as the carrier,cross-school teacher research community as the main form,and the common development of teachers as the goal,through the development of practical education and teaching research activities,a common platform for teachers to achieve professional guidance,peer assistance and self-reflection is built. At the same time,it also provides teachers with a broader platform for research,communication and discussion,improves the professional level of teachers,promotes the better development of students,and thus promotes the sustainable development of schools.
