摘要
苏霍姆林斯基的劳动教育是个性全面和谐发展的基础,劳动教育可与不同方面的教育结合,让学生更深刻地体会劳动的意义。此外,劳动不仅包括体力劳动,而且还包括脑力劳动。教师带动学生进行研究性学习,培养学生独立进行脑力劳动。培养学生自我服务、激发劳动意识和创造才能,把劳动渗透到其他学科课程中,提高学生学习兴趣和动力。
Sukhomlinski’s labor education is the basis for the overall and harmonious development of personality. It can be combined with different aspects of education,so that students can have a deeper understanding of the significance of labor. Besides,labor involves not only physical labor but also mental work. Teachers drive students to do research study and train students to do mental work independently. To cultivate students’ self-service,stimulate labor consciousness and creativity,and infiltrate labor into other subjects,so as to enhance students’ interest and motivation in learning.
