文章基于作者自身的实际工作经验与学习认识,首先简单分析高校教学督导工作的重要性,然后提出有效开展高校教学督导工作的探讨性建议,以期能为高校教学督导工作的实践提供参考。

Based on the author’s own practical work experience and learning knowledge,this paper first briefly analyses the importance of teaching supervision in colleges and universities,and then puts forward some exploratory suggestions on how to effectively carry out teaching supervision in colleges and universities,in order to provide reference for the practice of teaching supervision in colleges and universities.
