浅谈农村初中语文小班化有效课堂教学策略

随着国家经济的快速发展,目前农村越来越多的年轻人走进城市,造成了农村学生生源的流失,农村教学也相应地趋于小班化,如何扭转目前所面临的小班化教学问题,作为基础工具的语文学科更是首当其冲,因此,在农村初中语文教学中,教师应采取有效的策略提高教学效率,促进学生综合素养的提升和个性化发展。

With the rapid development of the national economy,more and more young people in the countryside enter the city at present,resulting in the loss of students in the countryside. Rural teaching also tends to be smaller classes accordingly. How to reverse the current problems of small classes teaching,as a basic tool,Chinese is the most important subject. Therefore,at the beginning of the countryside,in Chinese teaching,teachers should adopt effective strategies to improve teaching efficiency and promote students’ comprehensive quality and personalized development.
