用“三心”滋补口语交际中的“短板”

摘要 口语交际能力是现代公民的必备能力。而在课堂中,一些性格内向、不善于表达的学生成了课堂内外的旁听者、无言者,成了口语交际"短板"生。如何培养短板生良好的口语交际习惯和口语交际能力,让短板生的情感得到体验,个性得到彰显,笔者通过实践,探索了有效方略。 Oral communicative competence is a necessary ability of modern citizens. In the classroom,some introverted students,who are not good at expressing themselves,become the listeners and silents inside and outside the classroom,and become the 'short board'students in oral communication. How to cultivate short-time students’ good oral communication habits and oral communication ability,so that short-time students’ emotions can be experienced,personality can be highlighted,the author explores effective strategies.
