摘要
以摸清底数为前提,充分发挥市区校三级教研优势,推进教学研究基地建设。以问题为导向,以"一心三层五平台"靶向教研为基础,不断探索不同类型学校校本教研的方法和策略。借此培养学校的学科骨干力量,组建学科团队,改进课堂教学效果、提高教学质量、提升教师专业化水平,发挥基地学校的辐射带动作用,促进新时代教育的高质量均衡发展。
On the premise of finding out the bottom number,we should give full play to the advantages of three-level teaching and research in urban schools and promote the construction of teaching and research bases. Problem-oriented and'one-mind,three-tier and five-platform'as the basis of targeted teaching and research,constantly explore different types of school-based teaching and research methods and strategies. In this way,we can train the backbone of the school’s disciplines,set up the discipline team,improve the classroom teaching effect,improve the quality of teaching,improve the level of teachers’ professionalization,give full play to the radiation-driven role of the base schools,and promote the balanced development of high-quality education in the new era.
