基于课堂问题的教学评价维度初探

摘要 重视课堂教学质量的前提是关注现有的教学现象尤其是出现的教学问题。重视教学评价的过程及其评价的标准,并积极寻求有效的教学评价体系具有重要的现实意义。有效的教学评价体系不仅可以提高教学效果,也可以使教师自查自纠及时发现自身的问题从而加强教师队伍的建设、优化教育资源库,同时也可以丰富教育教学理论知识。 The precondition of attaching importance to the quality of classroom teaching is to pay attention to the existing teaching phenomena,especially the teaching problems. It is of great practical significance to attach importance to the process of teaching evaluation and its evaluation criteria,and actively seek an effective teaching evaluation system. Effective teaching evaluation system can not only improve the teaching effect,but also enable teachers to self-check and correct their own problems in time,so as to strengthen the construction of teachers,optimize the educational resource bank,and also enrich the theoretical knowledge of education and teaching.
