谈高职心理健康教育课程中团体心理辅导的应用

On the Application of Group Psychological Counseling in the Course of Mental Health Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

近年来,伴随着高职院校规模的逐渐扩大,以及高职生源的增多,学生之间的心理问题也逐渐增多。高职院校采用传统的心理健康教育方式,并没有取得良好的预期效果,而在全体高职生之间开展团体心理辅导,有助于解决高职生面临的各种心理问题,从而强化对他们的健康教育,促进他们全面发展。

In recent years,with the gradual expansion of the scale of higher vocational colleges and the increase of the number of students in higher vocational colleges,the psychological problems among students have also gradually increased. Traditional mental health education in higher vocational colleges has not achieved good results. Group psychological counseling among all higher vocational students helps to solve various psychological problems faced by higher vocational students,thus strengthening their health education and promoting their all-round development.
