浅谈研究生就业竞争力提升的途径

Talking about the Ways to Improve the Competitiveness of Postgraduate Employment

就现阶段我国就业情况来看,形势较为严峻。研究生作为我国高学历人群中的主要群体,其就业问题越来越显著,这也从侧面体现当前研究生就业竞争力较弱情况。本文从就业竞争力的内涵出发,分析目前研究生就业竞争力存在的主要问题,并针对这些问题提出提升研究生就业竞争力的途径。

At present,the employment situation in our country is more serious.As the main group of highly educated people in China,the employment problem of graduate students is becoming more and more prominent,which also reflects the weak competitiveness of graduate employment.Starting from the connotation of employment competitiveness,this paper analyses the main problems existing in the current graduate employment competitiveness,and puts forward some ways to improve the graduate employment competitiveness in view of these problems.
