摘要
幼儿园教育改革提高了农村幼儿园教师的素养,但由于公办教师少,教师素质参差不齐。文章根据现教研活动在常规管理、课题研究、教师素质存在的问题,从四个方面提出对策:一是观念驱动,引领幼儿教育新发展;二是制订计划,提升园本培训实效性;三是搭建平台,助推教师专业成长;四是课题驱动,促进教科研能力提高。
The reform of kindergarten education has improved the quality of rural kindergarten teachers,but due to the lack of public teachers,the quality of teachers is uneven.According to the problems existing in the current teaching and research activities in the conventional management,subject research and teachers’quality,this paper puts forward countermeasures from four aspects:first,concept-driven,leading the new development of early childhood education;second,formulating plans to improve the effectiveness of Kindergarten-based training;third,building platforms to promote teachers’professional growth;fourth,subject-driven,promoting the ability of educational research.
