摘要
文章从人格素养、知识素养、教学素养、科研素养、信息素养五方面分析语文教师核心素养的内容,并重点探讨提高语文教师核心素养,构建和谐高效语文课堂的途径,旨在为高中语文教育研究提供一定的借鉴,实现高中语文教师核心素养提升与和谐高效课堂构建的协同发展。
This paper analyses the content of the core literacy of Chinese teachers from five aspects:personality,knowledge,teaching,scientific research and information literacy,and focuses on the ways to improve the core literacy of Chinese teachers and to build a harmonious and efficient Chinese classroom.The purpose is to provide some reference for the research of Chinese education in senior high schools,and to realize the enhancement of the core literacy of Chinese teachers in senior high schools and the construction of a harmonious and efficient classroom.
