广西农村小学全科教师定向培养发展对策分析

摘要 全科教师定向培养是解决农村教师队伍数量不足、质量不高、结构不合理等问题的一种途径,广西自2013年起实施农村小学全科教师定向培养计划。本文基于广西全科教师培养相关政策的具体实施条件与发展现状,提出推广本科层次小学全科教师培养,构建知识素养与能力素养相结合的全科教师培养课程体系等发展对策,以期为广西全科教师培养事业发展提供参考。 Oriented training of general practitioners is a way to solve the problems of insufficient number,low quality and unreasonable structure of teachers in rural areas.Since 2013,Guangxi has implemented the plan of directed training of general practitioners in rural primary schools.Based on the specific implementation conditions and development status of the policies related to the cultivation of general practitioners in Guangxi,this paper puts forward some development countermeasures,such as promoting the cultivation of general practitioners in primary schools at the undergraduate level,constructing a curriculum system of general practitioners’cultivation combining knowledge literacy and ability literacy,in order to provide reference for the development of general practitioners’cultivation in Guangxi.
