摘要
世纪之初我国开始了对教师教育的全新探索,教师教育政策无疑是其中的热点和核心问题。在新的历史时期,本文以政策文本为视角,分析教师在培养、任用、研修三个不同阶段的政策特征并提出了未来教师教育政策研究应该加强政策文本分析和关注政策评估研究的建议。
At the beginning of the century,China began a new exploration of teacher education,among which the teacher education policy is undoubtedly a hot and core issue.In the new historical period,from the perspective of policy texts,this paper analyses the policy characteristics of teachers in three different stages of training,appointment and research,and puts forward some suggestions that future teacher education policy research should strengthen policy text analysis and pay attention to policy evaluation research.
