摘要
核心素养的提出,既解答了国家对人才培养的根本性问题,又回应了全球化背景下社会对人才的需求。核心素养是党的教育方针的具体化,是连接宏观教育理念培养目标与具体教育教学实践的中间环节。明确了学生应该具备的品格和关键能力,对培养学生能够终身发展和适应社会发展需求的必备品格和关键能力起到重要作用。
The proposal of core literacy not only answers the fundamental problem of talent cultivation in the country,but also responds to the social demand for talents under the background of globalization.Core accomplishment is concretization of the Party’s educational policy and the intermediate link between the training objective of macro-educational idea and the specific educational and teaching practice.It clarifies the qualities and key abilities that students should possess,and plays an important role in cultivating the essential qualities and key abilities that students can develop for life and meet the needs of social development.
