浅谈技能竞赛与常规教学融通的意义

高职院校是培养应用型人才的前沿阵地。在高职院校教学过程中,开展技能竞赛对于强化高职学生的技能培养,增强高职学生的职业技能具有重要作用。另外,高职院校要充分认识到技能竞赛与常规教学融通的意义,提高职业技能教学水平。文章浅析了技能竞赛与常规教学融通的意义,探究了加强技能竞赛与常规教学融通的途径,以期为高职院校教学提供借鉴。

Higher vocational colleges are the frontier of training applied talents.In the teaching process of higher vocational colleges,skill competition plays an important role in strengthening the skills training of higher vocational students and enhancing their vocational skills.In addition,higher vocational colleges should fully realize the significance of integrating skills competition with conventional teaching and improve the level of vocational skills teaching.This paper analyses the significance of the integration of skills competition and conventional teaching,and explores the ways to strengthen the integration of skills competition and conventional teaching,with a view to providing reference for teaching in higher vocational colleges.
