摘要
新课程背景下所提倡的素质教育要求面向全体学生,促进各水平阶段的学生都能受到教育。作为教师应着眼于促进学生在各自原有基础上不断提高,针对学生特点存在差异性问题,实施分层教学法,对不同层次和水平的学生采用不同的教学策略,以促进学生知识水平和能力的有效提升。
The quality education advocated in the context of the new curriculum requires all students to be educated at all levels.As a teacher,we should focus on promoting students’continuous improvement on their original basis,implement hierarchical teaching method according to the differences of students’characteristics,and adopt different teaching strategies for students of different levels,so as to promote the effective improvement of students’knowledge level and ability.
